The Chevrolet Trax, a small crossover SUV, was first released in 2015. Since that time, it has seen few changes. But the 2024 model is a completely redesigned model. Starting at $20,400, the vehicle features a 1.2L turbo engine and gets an estimated 30 miles per gallon. The vehicle also features more cargo space and leg room than its predecessor. The vehicle also comes with a standard six speed automatic transmission and a front wheel drive drivetrain.

Technology Highlights

The 2024 Chevy Trax comes equipped with an 11-inch diagonal HD color touchscreen, wireless capability and Chevy safety assist features, including automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, following distance indicator, front pedestrian braking, and an HD rearview camera. The vehicle also comes with three years of free access to the MyChevrolet mobile app, which allows you to access remote functions and diagnostic tools.

Awards & Accolades

The 2024 Chevy Trax has not yet received any awards, as 2024 models have not yet been fully released. However, there is a lot of buzz surrounding this completely redesigned vehicle, with MotorTrend stating that the vehicle received a glow-up from previous models, and that makes this model more desirable. MotorTrend also commends Chevy on the price point with this vehicle, explaining that the low, entry-level price will further increase the vehicle’s appeal.
